Child safety standards

WhoElse and Bitweave Solutions prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, sexualisation of minors and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). WhoElse is restricted to adults aged 18 and over.

Report concerns

Use Report a safety concern, or Account → Help → Contact support → Safety. You can also report through this public form. Do not upload or forward illegal material as evidence; describe the concern and identify the account.

Response

Our safety contact receives reports through the support route. We investigate, restrict access, remove violating material and disable offending accounts. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant regional authority or NCMEC as applicable. We preserve evidence only as legally required and comply with applicable child-safety laws.
